Meditation Circle

I am currently running a meditation circle at Be The Change Massage Therapy in Cornwall Ontario. We focus on mindfulness meditation, visualization, and journeys. This is a nice way to end your week by sharing your thoughts with like-minded people and tapping into the present moment. We discuss strategies to help you deal with issues that may be holding you back in certain areas in your life. Tea is served afterward. Come and join us!
